I loved Doris! The first time I saw her was when she was pregnant with Dennis. She was at our house talking to Mom about babysitting. I thought she was the most beautiful woman I’d ever seen because of her eyes! That was over 50 years ago and families remained connected. Doris was a devoted friend when Charlotte Walther needed so much help at the end of her life. I’m not sure I thanked her, and if I did it wasn’t enough! I will miss Doris but I’m sure she is at peace.

Orson and I send our condolences as we both know the loss you’re going through. May the peace that passes our human understanding be with you, now and always, as you honor Doris and share memories of what a great lady she was and the positive impact she made.
