Timothy J. Fairfield

Timothy J. Fairfield, age 56, of Yorkville, IL passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 after having fought a courageous battle against cancer. He was born on June 17, 1967 in Peterborough, NH the son of Linda Rogers.

Tim was united in marriage on July 23, 1988 to Robin Lee and they spent the next 35 years happily together.  Chief Fairfield has been a firefighter for 38 years and for the past 24 has served as the Assistant Fire Chief of the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District. Tim was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

Tim is survived by his wife, Robin Fairfield of Yorkville, IL; his sons, Brandon (Ashley) Fairfield of Newark, IL, and Michael (Lauren) Fairfield of Warrenville, IL; his grandchildren, Raelynn, Colton, and Alanna Fairfield; his mother, Linda (Steve) White of Marseilles, IL.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the Yorkville Christian High School., 2001 Whitekirk Lane, Yorkville, IL.

Friends may visit from 8:00 AM until the Hour of Service on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the Yorkville Christian High School in Yorkville, IL.
