Stephanie Kay Gallegos, 42 of Clinton passed away suddenly, Thursday, December 29, 2022.
Stephanie was born August 19, 1980 in Janesville at Mercy Hospital. She was married and divorced but she has been with Rob Witcher for 3 ½ years. She has a daughter Faith Nicole Wellnitz, who resides in Roseville, California with her husband Maverick. Other survivors include her mom and dad Wesley and Sandra Hardt of Sharon, brother Wesley Hardt, Jr. of Sharon, sister Collette (Tim) Perkins, their daughter Kassie (Eric) Reichold and son Declan all of Harvard, IL, one niece Sophia, daughter of Wesley Hardt, Jr. Her only surviving grandma Marian Speiss of Allens Grove. She has many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Stephanie graduated form Big Foot High School in 1998, she went on to Gateway Technical School and graduated with honors earning an Associate Degree. She started working for Leece and Phillips Law Office after graduating from Gateway. She left there after 3 years and started working for Jeffrey Hahn Law Office in Delavan, where she worked for 16 years. She left there in March of 2022 and started working for the District Attorneys office in Janesville. She was a hard worker and efficient in her jobs. She loved her family and stayed close. Her daughter Faith was her best friend and the joy of her life. Her present love of her life, Rob Witcher was her greatest supporter.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Triune Lutheran Church, N1584 Co Rd K, Sharon, Wisconsin 53585 from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM.
Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in the Town of Sharon.
Memorials may be directed to Triune Lutheran Church in Stephanie’s name.
