David A. Wiesbrook, age 81, of Yorkville, IL, passed away April 3, 2014 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. He was born on August 26, 1932 in Aurora, IL, the son of Harry and Fabiola (Riedy) Wiesbrook.

David A. Wiesbrook, age 81, of Yorkville, IL, passed away April 3, 2014 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. He was born on August 26, 1932 in Aurora, IL, the son of Harry and Fabiola (Riedy) Wiesbrook.
David was united in marriage on June 6, 1958 to Florence Sittler and they spent the next 55 happy years together. Mr. Wiesbrook was a long time member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. David proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Yorkville American Legion and the Naperville V.F.W. David was for many years a farmer in this area. He was a member of the Will County Corn Growers, the Illinois Soy Bean Association, and the Will County Farm Bureau. David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Florence ?Sis? Wiesbrook of Yorkville, IL; his eight children, Deborah Wiesbrook of Naperville, IL, Jean Freeman of Yorkville, IL, Donna (Tom) McDonald of Minooka, IL, Karl (Louise) Wiesbrook of Somonauk, IL, Cheryl (Michael) Harvey of Newark, IL, Alan (Kristen) Wiesbrook of Yorkville, IL, Janet (Ted) Molitor of Stocking, IL, and Sally Wiesbrook of Madison, WI; his siblings, Phillip (Mary) Wiesbrook of Mineral, IL, James (Georgine) Wiesbrook of Bolingbrook, IL, Mary Wiesbrook of Woodland Park, CO, Loretta Speisa of Plainfield, IL, and Helene (Nick) Smiar of Eau Claire, WI; his grandchildren, Mark, Kevin, and Scott Freeman, Luke, Katelyn, and Lindsey McDonald, Philip, Margo, and Davante Wiesbrook, Jessica, Heather, Bailey, and Cordell Wiesbrook, Jacquelin Harvey, Hattie, Sam, and Justin Wiesbrook, Jacob, Adam, Megan, Ryan, and Kaylee Molitor; many nieces and nephews; and his sister-in-law, Rita Wiesbrook of Somonauk, IL.
He is preceded by his parents, Harry and Fabiola Wiesbrook; his brothers, Thomas Wiesbrook, Donald Wiesbrook, and Arthur Wiesbrook; his sister, Lucy (Gerome) Heikotter; and his brother-in-law, Douglas Speisa.

Friends may visit from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy Yorkville, IL.
