Dana R Leab

Dana R. Leab, age 69 of Sheridan, IL passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. She was born on March 14, 1941 in Dayton, KY the daughter of William and Wanda (Smith) Burton.
Dana was united in marriage in Cincinnati, OH on November 4, 1978 to Mr. Clarence E. ?Ed? Leab and they spent the next 31 happy years together. Mrs. Leab was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ottawa, IL. Dana was, for many years, a College Teacher. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by both her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Leab of Sheridan, IL; her sons, Anthony (Nancy) Leab of Gettysburg, PA and Martin (Paula) Leab of Vestal, NY; as well as her eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Wanda Burton.
A Memorial Service will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 726 W. Jefferson, Ottawa, IL with Father Philip Halfacre, officiating. Interment will be private.
