Christine Mueller

Christine Frances Mueller, age 63, of Yorkville, IL, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 at her home. She was born July 30, 1948, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of George and Florence (Wolak) Heffron.
Christine was united in marriage May 23, 1970, at St. John?s Catholic Church in Streamwood, IL, to Paul Mueller, and they spent the next 41 happy years of their lives together. Mrs. Mueller was a 30 year member of Cross Lutheran Church in Yorkville, IL, and had been employed, for the last 17 years, as its secretary. She was a member of the church?s Altar Guild, its PAD?s program, and was a small group Bible Study Leader. Christine enjoyed crocheting and quilting gifts for her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be missed by her family and many friends.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Mueller, Yorkville, IL; her daughters, Staci (Joseph) Mast, Sandwich, IL, and Victoria Mueller, Freeport, IL; her grandchildren, Andrew Mueller and Joseph Mast Jr., both of Sandwich, IL; her sister, Joann Olivette, Bartlett, IL; her brothers, Larry (Connie) Heffron, Bartlett, IL, Richard (Jackie) Heffron, Normal, IL, Timothy (Gina) Heffron, Bartlett, IL, and Kevin (Laurie) Heffron, Elgin, IL; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Florence Heffron; and her sister, Kate Harrick.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Cross Lutheran Church, 8609 Route 47, Yorkville, IL, with Pastor Erik Gauss officiating. Interment will follow in Cross Lutheran Church Cemetery, Yorkville, IL.
Friends may visit from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Cross Lutheran Church, Yorkville.
