Anna Schmidt

Anna Schmidt, age 97, of Yorkville, IL passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born on December 5, 1915 in Aurora, IL the daughter of John and Anastasia (Kuachula) Fiefer Sr.

Anna was united in marriage to Mr. Roger Schimidt and they spent many happy years together until his passing in 1990. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and great-aunt who will be missed by her family and friends.

Mrs. Schmidt was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Aurora, IL. Anna enjoyed spending time with her friends at Beecher Center in Yorkville, IL.

She is survived by her sister, Marie Williams of Yorkville, IL; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anastasia Fiefer Sr.; her husband, Roger Schmidt; and three sisters and five brothers.

Private family services and interment will be held.
