Adam Lindstrom-Chapman

Adam Duaine Lindstrom-Chapman, age 25, of Yorkville, IL, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at his home. He was born on December 29, 1985 in Phoenix, AZ, the son of Kevin and Tamara (Lindstrom) Chapman.
Adam met his future wife Sarah Clampitt at the Rock River Christian Camp on July 9, 2001. They were then united in marriage on February 24, 2006 in Rockford, IL, and have spent 10 happy years together. Adam was employed as the Assistant Plant Manager at Midwest Manufacturing in Plano, IL. He was a loving son, husband and father who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Lindstrom-Chapman, of Yorkville, IL; his children, Kirsten Chapman, of Yorkville, IL, and Alexander Chapman, of Yorkville, IL; his father, Kevin Chapman, of Rockford, IL; his brother, Robert (Melissa) Chapman, of FL; his sister, Sarahann Chapman, of Rockford, IL; his mother-in-law, Annie Jordan of KY; and his father-in-law, Dan (Chris) Clampitt, of Sheridan, IL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tamara Lindstrom-Chapman.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy., Yorkville, IL, with Pastor Robby Dawkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Yorkville, IL.
Friends may visit from 12:30 PM until the hour of service on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Funeral Home in Yorkville.
